Howdy!

I’ve just tried to change a blog banner. I made a new banner from Photoshop then upload it. Wanna know the steps? Here they are:

Checking image size

1. Open your current template folder then find out your banner file (ex: banner.gif).
2. Check the image size (my banner size: 940 pixels x 17 pixels).

Making new banner image

1. Open Adobe Photoshop.
2. Make a new layer, size: 940 pixels x 170 pixels (based on your banner size).
3. Designing your new banner.
4. Save your new banner image (ex: bannerq.gif).
5. Close Adobe Photoshop.

Uploading the new banner image

1. Log in to your cpanel.
2. Click File Manager, then go to your blog directory.
3. Find out your banner image file, then delete it.
4. Now is time to upload your new banner image file. Click Upload, then Browse your new banner image file.
5. Log out from Cpanel.

Uploading the new banner in wordpress

1. Log in to your Wordpress blog.
2. Go to Appearance, then click Editor.
3. Choose banner.php. Delete banner.gif, then change with bannerq.gif (the new file).
4. Click Update File button.

Now your blog has new appearance….

It was incoincident! I entered ‘cool business site’ as keyword in google search. Guess what! I found cool site about cool business card design. Hohoho… All the design are unique and out of the box. That are from Business card flickr pool and ads of the world. Those cards are not only use paper as material but also such a very shiny paper or metallic material. That are realy realy cool design. Very creative! Better you check this one out before you make new business card. It’s realy eyecatching and memorable, I think. Below are my favorite business card designs. The theme is ‘blind date theme’. Another is demonstrates the occupation is. It’s like a dictionary.
