A VERY NICE TRIP TO BLITAR

Share/Bookmark

Howdy!!! :) Long time no see….

Wow, it’s a very long long time I didn’t update this blog. I miss this blog so much, but I can’t online anytime I want as before. I think I’m a little bit too much busy now. Gosh!

Well, yeah… I wanna tell you about my last nice trip to Blitar, East Java on 7-9 March 2009.  I went there with several friends, such as: Agung, Erwan, and friends. We went there by economic train, Doho and Panataran. As you know… travelling by economic train means a lot of patient. We must be patient. Hehehe…. I and 4 of my friends got the evening train. We arrived in Blitar at 22.20. It was a very hot trip. Why? Because the train was so full that we didn’t get seat. I and Erwan got it in Malang Kota Baru station. And Bram and others got it in Talun (that’s the last station before Blitar!). :( From Blitar station to the inn, we went by becak. Oohhhh…. The price was a little bit too expensive. It costed 35000 rupiah for 2 becak.

Pasar Malam in PIPP

On that Saturday, there was ‘pasar malam’ in PIPP, in front of the inn. I was so glad to know it, because it was a long long time I didn’t see ‘layar tancap’, traditional javanese dances, and punokawan. I also had a cheap and delicious dinner, a glass of coffee milk and ‘nasi ayam plus sambel goreng kentang’. It costed 7000 rupiah. :)

We visited some wonderful tourism objects, Tambak rejo beach, Goa Umbultuk, Candi Panataran, and Makam Bung Karno. Besides, we got many photos there. My favorite object is Makam Bung Karno. I realy love the architecture of the building. That’s modern.

If you wanna go to Blitar, but you don’t have too much money, you don’t need to be worry. Believe or not, each of us just spend 150000 rupiahs. :D The cost of the inn is 50000 rupiahs/room (a room is for 2 persons). The range of the food price is between 2500 rupiahs - 8 rupiahs (pecel is 2500 rupiahs/porsion). The price of the ticket, Doho or Panataran, is 5500 rupiahs.

Hmmm… It sounds great, isn’t it? :) For more photos, you can visit my FaceBook.
